Winemaker’s Notes The 2023 Malbec showcases the unique character of two of our estate vineyards – Southwind and Sconni Block — coming together to create a beautifully expressive and balanced wine. Notes of dark fruit, earth, and savory herbs are complemented by layers of ripe blackberry and plum, yielding a wine that is both vibrant and sophisticated. The combination of Southwind’s elevated, wind-swept slopes and Sconni Block’s warmer, valley-floor site brings added depth and complexity to the blend, reflecting the diverse terroir of the Walla Walla Valley AVA.
