Chad Johnson admits that he and his brother-in-law Corey Braunel did not fully understand what they were doing when they started Dusted Valley Vintners in Walla Walla, Wash. in 2003. The two didn't have a background in the wine industry. They didn't have any money. They weren't even living in Washington state before launching the company.
