Every other year The Five-Star Sensation is held in Cleveland benefiting University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center. Top chefs and winemakers participate in this event from around the country. Over the years, it has become a tradition for some of the participants to kick off the event weekend with a wine dinner at Chez Francois. This year is no different, and Dusted Valley is thrilled to be able to be a part of it.
